Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Parties & Scope

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the Klokk appointment scheduling platform (SaaS) operated by:

Klokk is a business-to-business (B2B) service. Clients (salons and professionals) register to use the platform in their professional capacity and are not considered consumers.

2. Registration & Ordering

Registration initiates the quote process. An automated receipt email will be sent within 48 hours. The binding contract is formed only when the Provider explicitly confirms the order within 72 hours. All users must be at least 18 years old.

3. Packages & Features

We offer multiple software options to streamline your business:

• Basic Plan: Unlimited client base, online/offline calendar, automated email notifications, 24-hour backups.
• Premium Plan: Advanced statistics, 1h system training, marketing consultation, and built-in SMS packages (125 SMS/quarter for individuals, 300 SMS/quarter for salons).
• Klokk +Plusz: Salon cost tracking, automated staff commission calculator, product and inventory management.
• Deposits & Payments: Integration of Stripe payment gateway allowing salons to collect deposits directly from clients during booking.

4. Fees & Billing Terms

All contracts require a minimum commitment of 1 year. Invoices are sent electronically with an 8-day payment deadline. In the event of late payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend system access. If the contract is terminated early due to Client breach, the remaining annual fees become immediately due as a penalty.
